Got a thieves guild and a lich in my campaign. Was thinking about how liches hate to leave the house and what a hassle it is to go find a soul to shove in there every 7 days, and hit upon the idea of a fantasy DoorDash
So, my current thought is that the thieves guild brings someone to the lich's designated drop-off point every week, where the lich takes their soul, modifies their memory, and lets them go.

- Do souls keep? Do you need a soul fridge to prevent them from going bad?
- What's the going rate on souls, plus delivery fee, etc?
- What are the most surprising vectors by which my PCs could learn of this relationship?
