Monsters can chose to gain a mythic tier as above or grow in their mythic equivalent (an aboleth can grow into a <a href="https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/paizo-rules-systems/mythic/mythic-monsters/mythic-aboleth/" target="_blank">mythic aboleth</a> while a vampire can become a <a href="https://www.d20pfsrd.com/alternative-rule-systems/paizo-rules-systems/mythic/mythic-monsters/mythic-vampire/" target="_blank">mythic vampire</a>). If the characters already have tiers in a mythic path, they instead advances by one Mythic Tier in the path already possessed (or gains 3 bonus mythic points and one bonus mythic ability if already 10th-Tier). Eating the raw entrails of multiple ophiotaurus stacks the mythic “evolution”. Slaying an ophiotaurus only for eating its entrails is an overwhelming evil act and the creature acquire the evil subtype (and lose the good subtype, if any).</p><p>An ophiotaurus with its entrails eaten raw cannot rejuvenate and has its soul destroyed. Only a direct divine intervention (the very powerful request of a <em>miracle</em> spell) can resurrect a ophiotaurus destroyed in this way.
