Thirty years of adventure, BIG error?

Okay, maybe it's just my copy... but I'm thinking not. For those of you who have bought Thirty Years of Adventure, is Nik Davidson's essay/bio in there twice? I have him on both pages 98 and 194?

What the heck is that?! That's a pretty big mistake. Of course, it is still a "gaming book" so I guess it is to be expected.

Apparently, he's a video game producer, whatever that exactly entails, I dunno.

OK, Diaglo, maybe you're right about the whole videogame thing. :heh:

i have the book. got yesterday from RPGNow. read it last night.

towards the back of the book around where the million dollar Fax story is... Peter Adkison drones on about how he wanted to make a Magic the Slathering/D&D crossover and how the computer game industry was yet another area to broker D&D more using Atari and the big boys.. and how TSR had done it poorly and thus ... why a new edition made sense... :p

Well, as much as we may hate to hear it...videos games are the future. They may not be instantly recognizable to us now, but may be our electronice Lewis and Clarks' of the future. Plus, consider it a game. You have names. You have the internet. Go hunt down who they are! :)
