[QUOTE="Moe Ronalds, post: 362330, member: 2083"] And here's his arch nemesis! And... yes, i did break a rule or two... Yes, charisma is a dump stat... Er... no, i didn't really bother to think up a civilian name for him... No, I'd actually rather not follow any Yellow brick roads.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Psycho Male Human Psion1; CR: 1; Medium Sized Humanoid; Init +2; AC: 19; Speed 20 (run 60); Hit Dice 1d4+10 (2 for con, 3 for toughness, 5 for awesome toughness) 14 HP; Attacks +3 melee, +2 ranged; SV Fort-2, Ref-2, Wil-3; AL CE; Str 16, Dex 14, Con 14, Intelligence 16, Wis 12, Cha 10; DR: 8, BDR 12; Villain Points:4; Fame 10/0*, Rep –30/0*, Resources: 12 *= civilian ID Complications: Disfigurement (yes, technically humans can’t be disfigured but what about Two-Face and the joker? They’re human but do they look totally normal to you?), Nemesis: Hero, Psionic Vulnerability, Overconfident Advantages Wheels (high performance automobile w/ Machine Gun (.30) and tear gas grenade dispenser.) Skills: Drive (automobile) +6, Concentration +7, Intimidate +5, Spot +6, Streetwise +6, Jump +3, Climb +3, Gather Info +4 Note: I modified his class skills slightly to represent this character’s background more accurately. Feats: Toughness, Awesome Toughness, Toughened Up Class Abilites: Weapon profs- Improvised, Sub-machine guns Armor Profs- Light, Medium, Heavy Psionic Talents: Mindlock Combat, Psionic Blade, Psionic bolt, Sixth Sense, Psionic Alarm, Metabolic Regulation, Athletic Power Points: 15 Gear: Chainsaw, .45 Ingram MAC-10, Heavy EOD, Leather Body Suit Desc Garbed in armor fashioned to look more like a football uniform than what it really is and wielding a large chainsaw, the Psycho’s appearance shows that his name is no lie. But behind the large muscles, maniacle eyes, white hair and scarred, pale-blue flesh, lies a cold, calculating mind. The Psycho started life out as the star football player for his redneck highschool. He was popular, well-liked, and his life- as well as his mind, was simple. His and his pals’ favorite pass-time in this simple era, was to pick on one Albert Hawking… The resident freak. One day, however, the picking-on went too far. One day, he and his friends decided to see what would happen if the little brat’s smarts could leak out of his head… But first, they had to put a hole in it… When they attacked, however, Albert knew what was going on, and retaliated. The Psycho lead his friends on, assuring them they could make it look like it was him or them once the deed was done, and he lunged at the little man. However, searing pain washed through his body as the big brute leapt. A searing bolt of energy came from his eyes, sending him sprawling backwards. His friends all washed over him, and the panicked young psion incapacitated each of them… One, however, wasn’t merely incapacitated- Albert had gone too far. In a blinded, rage of fury, the psycho leapt forward, his meaty fists swinging. There was another crackle of energy in the freak’s eyes- and their minds were in combat. Focussing all of his will- which, admittedly, wasn’t much, the Psycho managed to win the first round of battle through sheer luck. He was soon subdued, however. This event was a horribly painful one for the Psycho, but what was worst, was the aftermath. Because in that display of raw emotion through the both of them, powered through Psionic ability, the Psycho’s own abilities were unleashed, though they ravaged his body, leaving his skin and hair discolored and scarred forever. But the psycho was smarter now… He knew that if he had been given another chance, he would be able to defeat Psyke-out… And he would do it with a mixture of Psionic talent, and sheer, unbridled strength. Psyke-out was also shunned now, due to his grotesque appearance, and he was left alone… Alone to brood on his feelings, his disgrace… Alone to remember the one being who had caused all of his pain… The one being that must DIE! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ And... yeah.
