Spider-Man 2 is now the 2nd fastest movie to break $300 million. It did it in 19 days (Shrek 2 did it in 18, the #3 spot is held by the original Spider-Man which did it in 22 days)

I was telling one of my friends that if I want to see this in a theater that I better do it in the next three weeks or it'll be out of them and on DVD with the special edition following the week after.
 



And if it is, then am I glad. Those ads where they said something like "The true origins of the story of King Arthur" were beyond insulting. And followed up by "There are a lot of lonely men out there", and Guinevere's "Don't worry. I won't let them touch you" response. Yeah, I'm sure that that's exactly how it happened in reality. Guinevere with her funny 21st century sounding quip.
