IMHO... Now that I have time to actually read these, instead of just a quick cut/paste, I'll comment on a few. Can't you just see one of the Agents getting ticked off at Neo for "breaking the mold" and screwing everything up for the Matrix? Neo: Uhh, why do I have to do it? <-- Very much in character, for Matrix 1. This fits Neo very well, someone who has taken it upon himself (eventually, though it was thrust upon him first) to help others. The only thing he wants in return is to understand, "Why? Why is this happening? Why is this happening to me?" I sense that this will come into play in Matrix 3. Theory: The real-world Smith presents himself as "the One" and "saviour of Zion." Some in Zion choose to denounce Neo in favour of Smith. I wouldn't be suprised if the W.Bro's will include / have included this as archetecture, even if only as a background reference. Just another reference to religion/philosophy in the movies. Temple rave/orgy. And celebration after everyone is freed in Matrix 3. Possible equipment failure in Zion in M3? The Architect, in reference to his creation of the Matrix. I doubt even Neo, with all his power, could fully comprehend the extent, depth, and sheer "completeness" of the Matrix. Remarking to the (possible) anti-Neo uprising in Zion in M3. Translated: "Whether ya like it or not, yah gittin' unplugged!" Neo is coming, and he will free humanity from the Matrix, ready or not. Smith and Crew, sabatoging Zion. See above, in reference to the "fixing of the other piece." Smith, after a change of heart, in reference to Neo. Or... Neo, in reference to another One if the Matrix is left intact, Or... Neo, in reference to a religious figure of salvation (mentioning Jesus by name, possibly?), before he dies. Speaking of Neo dieing, maybe he dies defending Zion from Smith? We've already seen this, the worship Neo gets in Zion, from the countless masses of people wanting his blessings, to the Kid that follows him everywhere. Parallels the dichotomy of "left door / right door." Of course, that includes a lot of speculation about the third movie.
