At 1:20, Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) slaps Loki and it twists his head. Loki, an Asgardian who took punches from Captain America and Thor, shrugged off bullets, and survived a literal thrashing from the Hulk. Yet a human female slap spins his head?

Little things like that make me doubt a movie's quality.

He was surprised. Not braced...watch him....it didn't hurt a bit...he even smiled.

There is a lot of passion behind that slap, and here it is a case of the intent counting. Loki deserved a slap. I root for Jane.

Looks like he saw the slap coming and put on a show for Thor's love interest. But hard to tell given how acting works, since they already ARE putting on a show for the camera.
