Message: <blockquote data-quote="jester47" data-source="post: 973891" data-attributes="member: 2238">I just went and looked up all the info on this guy.  Magic User of (from what I can guess), 6th level in the 1983 red box edition.  But looking at what he does, I would suspect that he is level 4 in 3e.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?He is getting put in my campaign as an NPC.  Thing is no one in my group has ever read the 1983 red basic books, so they will have no idea who this guy is.  I was also thinking about dropping in mentions of Aleena and adding the fighter you play in the intro adventures as an NPC too.   Thinking about calling him Hawk.  I am thinking of throwing it in a town where all those events have happened recently and play into what is going on.
