Wal-Mart has the movie on dvd for, like, $5. I'm not a Jack fan so I skipped it. I did pick up a Powerpuff girls dvd (not the movie, but 2 hrs of episodes). I don't know what your Wal-Mart is like (or even if you have one), but mine has a bin for these cheap dvds. You may have to dig through it to find a copy. Personally, I love these cheap-o dvds. Found a copy of Legend Of Boggy Creek. :) As for Cartoon Network, I am a bit mad at them for changing the Toonami line-up again. Can they keep it intact for more than a month at a time? They dropped DBZ just when it got into the better story arcs (just starting The Android Saga). And remember when they had He-Man on every day for, what, a week? And what the heck was up with that Immortal Grand Prix (or whatever it was called)? It was hyped as some big deal, week-long mini-series, but turned out to be 5 minutes a day for a week. Why not just run it as a half hour episode on a Friday? *sigh* Anyway, I'm enjoying Teen Titans even though I have some problems with the writing. Not the dialogue or characterizations, but plot holes you could drive trucks through. Justice League is okay, but I find the stories repetitive and the characters are wayyy too weak. DBZ is fun post-Frieza, Dragonball is great, and He-Man is okay. I love Inuyasha and Big O. Trigun was okay, but I didn't like the way it fluctuated between goofy comedy and absolute grimness. And I would have liked Cowboy Beebop more if the overall story arc had been tighter. Outlaw Star was fun. Home Movies is fun, but I haven't seen an episode in ages. Brak has it's moments, but Aqua Teen Hunger Force is great. I hated Rurouni Kenshin when it began (see my coments on Trigun), but I love the current storyline. Oh, and I thought that Fooly Cooly looked beautiful, but the early teen sexuality really creeped me out. Eeewww! Not a fan of Samurai Jack or any of the giant robot animes (not counting Big O). I've caught a few glimpses of SD Gundam and it seems pretty good. Not really my thing, but it's not bad.
