^^^ I can't really speak to the above except that it sounds cool to me. I am running this adventure in the Dragonlance setting, so I really had to do the jellyfish to get The Lost City to work at all. Literally any other setting and source of the people in the city would be better. Related to Module 1 / B4 / The Lost City though... I'm looking at upcoming monsters for Tier 4 of the dungeon. One of them is a mummy. The 2024 mummy has no save for its curse, so if it touches you (succeeds on its melee attack roll) you are cursed in the following way: PCs at this point are Level 3. They do not have innate access to Remove Curse. The module itself doesn't seem to provide solutions. Because the curse decreases max HP by 3d6 every 24 hours, and there is only a couple more floors to go through, I'm not sure that portion of the curse will affect PCs too much. However, there are numerous potential combat encounters between them and the exit, so not being able to regain HP will probably kill them pretty quick (in my party, the Level 3 PC max HPs are: 27, 27, 19, and their sidekick has 21). I think it's fairly easy to add curse solutions if you want them to exist:

The Lost City faction leaders could help.
King Alendria's / Queen Zanobis's ghost could remove the curse after the banshee or wight fight (whichever happens first).
Demetrius's ghost could remove the curse from someone he possesses.
The other option is to just let the PCs die for their hubris of opening a sarcophagus. Or realistically: The mummy doesn't land any attacks and the PCs never realize they were in danger. Maybe I'm overestimating mummies, but I wanted to point it out since adding curse solutions does require a little forethought if that was something you wanted to do.
