Well, I see my thread on outrage on pricing was closed because it was too "Ptlous". When i noted I disagreed, was told that he was too busy to reopen it even though I didn't ask him to reopen it.
Are threads just closed because they touch a moderator's personal nerves or ? I mean sure, do what you have to do but at the same time let's not just start closing things because they're similiar to other threads.
If another moderator wants to open it, they can. I don't have time right now to close a half dozen related flame-filled threads, as I'm trying to finish my homework before I go to class tonight.
Leave the subject a couple days and let people digest the statements and opinions that they've come across and later discussion will generally be okay.

Haven't you seen the one about Game of Thrones? Either the limited edition one or the PDF that's $100?
Or how about the Wilderlands boxed set for $70?
Or Shackled City for $60?
Or the good old World's Largest Dungeon, which still comes up.
Or maybe people complaining that Troll Lords new Gygax book is more expensive from them then Amazon and that it's book one of seven?
Thread was closed in error in my opinion.
