The 30HD means its a 30th level character, and while CR wise it could be justified for 10 fighter levels, logically that's a helluva lot of XP that creature gained.Alas, as it is a construct, it can't gain new feats or skills as it goes up in HD as per its subtype. Fighter levels seem necessary, unless a houserule of 1 feat per 4EHD would be instituted to show that it is capable of learning. If fighter levels were given though, I wouldn't do Weapon Master; the good stuff is at the end. With a DEX of 22 (perhaps even augmented by magic items) something like the Tempest PRC from MotW could be more appropriate (and vicious!). The only thing it needs to meet all PreReqs would be Ambidexterity and Weapon Finesse (or Focus which could be gained with 2 levels of fighter.I'm liking this idea; maybe something along the lines of the Grand Master of an old and reputable Fencing School.EDITIt doesn't need TWF feat since it ought to have it; it has two rapiers with no penalties for usage.
