The chracter has two distinct spell lists and 2 different sets of restrictions.Look at it this way - cleric spells are cast as if a cleric and wizard spells as if a wizard. the 2 lists do not mix.If a character was a bard/wizard - then he still has 2 two different spell lists and 2 different sets of restrictions. For instance he could cast Hideous Laughter as a 1st level bard spell (assuming he had chosen it) or as a 2nd level wizard spell. If cast as a bard spell (while wearing light armor) the PC suffers no ASF but if cast as a wizard he does.Question #2: - don't know enough about this oneQuestion #3:Yes.Use the class descriptive text from the DMG and not the SRD (it is better and clearer in its intent).A cleric's domain spells are part of his spell list and for all intentional purposes are treated the same as other spells he knows, the restriction is how many domain spells he can memorize per day.</blockquote>
