Thri-kreen stat adjustments?

I've looked through both the MM2 and the Psionic Web Enhancement and while there are lots of things for a player looking to build a thri-kreen character, there are no adjustments to stats. Do they exist somewhere or will he have to wait for Tooth and Claw to come out?

Subtract 10 from the even stats and 11 from the odd stats.
