Throw ally question

I'm starting up a new campaign soon and decided to play a dwarf and be the parties tank. Another party member is playing a Goliath and we became curious about the throw ally feat. The question is, if I prestige into dwarven defender and he use the defensive stance then an ally throws me to a new location with throw ally does it break the stance or does it only break when I move myself?

While in a defensive stance, a defender cannot use skills or abilities that would require him to shift his position.

I'd rule letting yourself be flung breaks Defensive Stance.

Remember to count up all of the weight your dwarf has - his weight, his armor's weight (being a tank I assume heavy armor), his weapons, anything he is carrying before determining if the goliath can lift him over his head. And the range increment is 5 ft (1 size category difference) so max range is 25 feet with a -10 oenalty.

I have a feeling that his weight is going to be real close to the goliath's max for this one.

Flinging small characters is much easier all around,
