Frame them for murder,spread widespread rumors about evil motivations and wickedness, kill any innocent people they argue with, steal things from people after they have had dealings with the party, burn houses to the ground after the party leaves, in short never confront the party at all but ruin there reputation and set other heroes on there trail.

Three levels of rogue. Have your 0 level mate and you sign on as bearers or similar, gain their trust, then sneak attack the hell out of them as they sleep, pin it on minion boy and skip all the way to Tiamat for a special prize.
