Tim Truman to take over DH's Conan

I will certainly be checking out this series. At the very least, it promises to be a treasure trove of inspiration for a Stormwrack campaign.

Sounds like the new Aquaman is intended to be more of an underwater sword and sorcery then a revised superhero comic.

If so I just might need to add another title to monthly pull list.

Isn't it kind of hard to swing your sword underwater with sufficient force and accuracy to be useful in a fight?

As for Tim Truman, I first came across his work when he was doing the pencils on 'Grimjack', waaay back in the late Eighties. (If you haven't read the original Grimjacks, you really should: imagine a battered old warrior running a bar in a city that is the crossroads of all dimensions. Good stuff--I haven't read the relaunch, but I think it's the same team.)

Just thought I'd chime in here and say that after reading the information about Aquaman- a character I was recently thinking was really a completely unworkable character- that I am actually going to have to give Kurt Busiek's reinterpretation/new take a look.
