I don't remember all the details of the class, but I can obviously see it as a Prestige Class with requirements set to trigger at around 10th level arcane caster. A lot of their abilities translate roughly to Bestow Curse (lower physical ability scores to simulate aging) and Disintegrate (age them until they fall into a pile of dust). I see it as something like: Requirements: Knowledge - History 13 ranks, Knowledge - Arcana 13 ranks, must know at least 5 spells that involve movement or time, and must visit and use touchstone in Citadel of Time. Hit Dice: 1d4. Skill Points: 2+ Int bonus. Good Saves: Will. 1. Aging Touch 1/day, +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 2. +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 3. Aging Touch 2/day, +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 4. +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 5. Aging Touch 3/day, Time Conquers All 1/day. 6. +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 7. Aging Touch 4/day, +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 8. +1 to arcane spellcasting class. 9. Aging Touch 5/day, Time Hop 1/day 10. Time Stop 1/day, +1 to arcane spellcasting class. Note that no spell progression is gained at 5th and 9th levels. They gain a rather potent special ability as those levels, so I figure this is the place I make them non-superior to Sorcerers and Wizards. I decided to leave out anything that resembles "Wreck Campaign 1/day", like actual time travel would! Aging Touch (Su): A timelord may touch a living foe and cause it to bestow -2 age penalties to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution. This effect is cumulative and instantaneous, requiring a Greater Restoration or Wish/Miracle to restore. A Fortitude save of DC 10+ Int bonus+ class level will reduce the penalties to -1. If any physical ability score is reduced to 0 or less, the character is reduced to dust in a manner similar to a Disintegrate spell. Time Conquers All (Sp): A 5th level timelord can fire a ray at any sort of creature to cause it to age rapidly until its physical structure collapses in decay. Treat this in all respects as a Disintegrate spell. Time Hop (Sp): A 7th level timelord can project himself 1 round into the future as a swift action. The timelord effectively ceases to exist until his next turn, at which point two exact copies of the timelord manifests until his turn comes around once again. Each copy can take its own action, but any resource used by either copy is used by both. For instance, if both copies do a Quickened Magic Missile then one does a Chain Lightning while the other fires from a Wand of Fireballs, the caster loses 2 Quickened Magic Missile slots, a Chain Lightning slot, and a charge from the wand. Damage taken by each copy is shared with the other as if a Shield Other spell were active on both. Time Stop (Sp): A 10th level timelord can use Time Stop 1/day as a spell-like ability.
