That is exactly why I am so much in love with the Tiny Franchise of Games right now. I have always loved being able to tell a Story and just toss dice around to see what happens. There are always groups where one or two people are the talkers and others are just there to sling dice and 'Attack the Darkness'. The Tiny System lets both have their day without needing to consult a Rulebook for more than a second or two. You won't see a 6 Minute game Stoppage while someone flips through books looking for something that might modify the way an encounter plays out. This game cries out for a GM who is willing to be more off the cuff than Rules Strict but it rewards them by taking away the massive Stat Blocks and replacing them with Story room. Conversely the Players can show up with 3d6, a page of paper, something to write with and their imaginations and be fully ready to play. In the Tiny System there is no entire First Game Session spent poring over Book after Book to find all the Skills/Stats/Abilities/Feats/Rules and then transcribing them to several pages of a Character Sheet or making notes as to what Page Number in which book you can find the Information you need. That's why I love this System!
