Now how does it exactly work with extreme racial modifier (-8 for shadowig's strength): assuming I put a 8 or lower in strength, this would mean I still get a strength of 1? Or do I HAVE to put a 9 or better in Strength to have a minimum of 1. Seems kind of a rule exploitation otherwise.2)The cost of armor for tiny creature is only half, but the weight is only a tenth.
