Titan Games

I inquired on another thread about a mystery supplement I'd seen years ago - which turned out to be Mayfair's Monsters of Myth & Legend II. Searching around on the 'Net, I found this site, which has all three from the series. Has anyone had any experience with this site before?

Or, worst case scenario, does anybody know of another site where I could get these?

Didn't this company used to belong to Quentin Koziol? I bought stuff from him, and he was pretty decent (the usual problems of long delays, on occasion, but that was because they were growing by leaps and bounds online).

As for the new owners, no idea.

I dealt with Titan games one time about XMas of last year.

The product was excellent, and in the shape quoted.

I found the communication lacking and made note of it in a second email to the owner (forget the name) after I placed my order. I did not sugarcoat my complaint, but I was professional, and matter of fact. I was sent back a fairly hostile email that listed all manner of excuses why I had not been contacted when they were supposed to do so. While I found the excuses for the delay viable, I found the tone of the letter unprofessional, and uncalled for. In essence the owner tried to put me on a guilt trip as there was a death of one of the employees family members. While I certainly sympathize, having lost my own family members, but I found it in rather poor taste. A simple "I'm sorry we have had some problems..we will get it out....etc" would have been fine. He might eb a fien chap to deal with otherwise, but the first impression I got was very poor. My order came and I was satisfied with the product, but I personally have no desire to do business again with them, whether they are having a bad week or not...

On the other hand I've dealt with Aaron Leeder from NKG for a few years now and it doens't get any better. I highly reccomend him. The communication, product, and service is great.
