Georg swoons a bit and seems weakened. Stay back if you can, everyone! He turns to the dark one Your evil makes me sick, I don't want to get any closer to you! he slams his staff into the ground sending another rippling wave of arcane thunder ripples towards Kadaj but in his rage he misses wildly. "You are an affront to the gods, undead!" Raiyek shouts at Brutus from behind his shield. He bathes his sword with holy light and attacks, scoring the abomination's hide with radiant energy. The paladin sidesteps as he strikes, getting a position closer to Kadaj. Kruk sees the zombie stagger a bit after Raiyek's last attack, which gives him the strength and resolve to deliver another massive blow. Moving into a more advantagous position, Kruk swings with all of his might at the zombie. His axes slices through zombie flesh and bone with terrible force. [sblock=Kruk] As the axe bites deep and you feel the flow of healing energy begin to flow, suddenly you feel it leave you and drawn towards Kadaj. Somehow he's draining your vitality! ooc- in game terms there's an aura around him that blocks you from regaining hp, so hp is still 18.[/sblock] Not wanting to get too close--at least not yet--Carolina throws her dagger once more at the dark mage. The blade strikes him for a minor wound. Georg! The light, move the light! While Lily yelled at the dwarven wizard, her shadow slid greasily across the grass to munch on the enormous zombie. The zombie somehow just gets out of the way of the blow. The zombie is nearly defeated, but it still manages one last glancing blow on Raiyek. Kadaj moves confidently forward, himself unarmed, but the man appears at complete ease. "I shall enjoy sacrificing you dwarves" he hisses as he steps next to Kruk and before the warrior can react, Kadaj touches him with and open palm. [sblock=Everyone but Lily] You feel a corrupting influence roll over you, blocking Lily's magical healing as Kadaj closes into melee. ooc- in game terms there's an aura around him that blocks you from regaining hp.
