Tonight is Surface

Surface starts tonight.

Ever wonder what life would be like if a new form of sea life began to appear in locales all over the Earth? Naval officers in the South Antarctic Sea, a family in San Diego, the Oceanographic Institute in Monterey, and fishermen in the Gulf of Mexico are about to find out. The organisms are beautiful, but are these innocent creatures more than what they seem? Embark on this unfathomable journey to discover what might be lurking just below the surface.

I'm kind of wondering how they get and keep these main characters together.

What comics??

It has a not so good time slot going againsta few other shows I'd also like to watch so I'm not sure I'm going to watch it. But judgeing the previews I'll get to watch it Wednesday under the title of Invasion.

They gave away pretty much everything-

There are 2 or more species, they are aliens, they are intelligent and they have supernormal powers.

I have never seen a pilot episode and previews give so much away. Not that I mind- X-Files annoyed me to no end with the extreme prolonging of the core story.

I have so far only watchedpart of the pilot - a phone call interrupted watching, so I'm waiting to see the rest.

I gotta tell you, all that jumping around from location to location has got to be the most clumsily organized story I've ever seen.

Yeah, that was confusing. I was wondering how they were going to get all these disparate people together and the answer seems to be 'clumsily'. How's the teen kid going to hook up with the lady doctor and the other adults; he's got school and the rest? I guess we'll see later on.
