They look like they are prints from art he did that was in the 2e Monstrous Manual.

I used to study DiTerlizzi's art in the Monster Manual religiously. His versions of the monsters are pretty much planted in my brain.

His carrion crawler was the first one to actually have it match its description. His is still the picture I use to show my players what a carrion crawler looks like.
