What are the Top 5 RPGs you want to play (as a player and/or as a GM) in 2025?

In 2026 I want to solo play modern or sci-fi games. 2025 was very fantasy oriented. I have several unplayed games on the shelves. My list:

• Coriolis the Great Dark
• Dream Machines
• Starforged
• Numenera 2e
• Outgunned Pulp Adventure.

I presume that you mean starting something new, as opposed to playing D&D again (which I do want to do pretty much anytime), so I'll say:

• Stormlight Archives RPG: when scheduling allows, God willing and thw creek don't rise, thisnia the next thing for us.
• Mistborn RPG: Maybe a better Settong for RPG Shennanigans than Stormlight.
• Plotweaver: the forthcoming generic version of the Cosmere RPG, bbecauseI want Elven Clerics and android Jedi Knights in the mix
• Monster of the Week: really keen to give this one a try with my friends and family.
• Vaesen: I have the Swedish and Britih books, and theybare brilliant, seems like it would be fun at the table.

-My homebrew modern rules for dungeon crawling in the "Zone" that once was Oregon. I've been solo testing the combat, but need to play with players.

-Shadowdark. I want to run a Keep on the Borderlands campaign but the Caves are more spread out over a mountain but still connections.

-Andor style Starwars game. Realistic rebellion. Lots of shades of Grey.

-Old West one shot. No fantastical elements just violence

-A fantasy version of the 30 year wars that mashes up rpg and war game elements.

In no particular order (okay, alphabetical order because of my OCD):

• Beam Saber (potentially in the world of Robot Jox).
• Black Pudding Play Book (a weird B/X OSR clone in the implied setting).
• Cyberspace (ICE's old Cyberpunk RPG in the default setting).
• HarnMaster: Roleplaying in Kethira (probably on the island of Harn).
• (A) Minimalist Fantasy Affair (My FKR game in Greyhawk as it appears in From the Ashes).
