In this forum you post a Top X list of Something. It can be a long list, or a short list, and the "something" can be anything you like. For example, you might choose to post Top 10 Superhero RPGs or 5 Best New Games of 2014 or 10 Most Anticipated Games of 2015. Them folks can comment on, argue about, and discuss your list. I'll promote some of the best or popular ones to news articles.

While the rules are not strict, there are some formatting guidelines.
1) Each thread is a new list. You can comment on each list by replying to the thread.
2) Your thread title should contain a number. 10 Best Xs of 2014 or 5 Most Antiicpated Ys or what-have-you.
3) Post your list in descending order (i.e. count down to #1).
4) Include a paragraph for each item explaining why it's there.
5) Include images if possible.
6) I personally like to use the {h=4}Title{/h} (where { and } are [ and ] respectively) for each item title. That makes the item title look like the word "Formatting" does up above. But that's just my own stylistic preference.
Don't get too hung up on the presentation though. If I promote any to news items I'll clean 'em up a bit if necessary (though the less cleaning up I have to do the better!) Most importantly, have fun!
