Touch spells full round

I have been dming for this pathfinder group for a while now from level 1-16 and I have been allowing them to touch up to 6 party members as a fullround action to expend buffs and such. I just want to make sure it's right cause some players are telling me I'm doing it wrong.

My example is The Ranger Wants to Barkskin so he casts the spell before combat and touches all his allies next to him so they all get it correct?

You are doing it wrong, as Barkskin has target: Living Creature touched. Some touch spells can affect multiple creatures, which are noted in it's description.

I can't really recall any multiple-creature buff spell that requires touching.

Yep. It's the other stuff involved in casting the spell that takes a full round. The spell is discharged as soon as it's applied once.
