Tower shield question

Hi Everyone,

If a large creature were to use a tower shield, would all of the penalties and benefits affect them in the same way as a medium size creature, or would there be differences? I'm assuming it would be the same, but I wouldn't mind some confirmation. Thanks!

If it were a large sized tower hield the penalties and plusses would be the same. If its a medium sized tower shield, it ould probably be considered a medium shield to the large creature.
