I haven't gotten mine yet. I saw Ed on his tour and he said it might take a bit because they had to print a bunch

I assumed they were selling overstock. Needing to print some might explain the delay. It's definitely a book worth having and now that we know someone talked to them, there's at least some reasoning behind it.
