Many (most?) of the rules changes presented in Trailblazer you can use a la carte: iterative attack changes, combat reactions, new rest mechanic, etc.Some of the changes would require you to use considerably more content from Trailblazer. For example, if you wanted to use the Unified Spell Progression fix for multiclass spellcaster, I'd recommend you replace all of the Pathfinder classes with the Trailblazer classes.
