Visuals do look good. Not so sure if the premise seems all that great to me, but I admit I am intrigued. Probably will end up on the Netflix queue.

The premise does seem a bit.. weak.

Bloody Disgusting has a director(s) interview, but they don't say anything about the movie. Actually, they don't really say anything about anything:

Well, seeing Lawrence O'Donnell in the trailer puts the movie firmly off my list to see it in the theater, I might get around to renting it when it shows up in the discount rentals for $.99 when I'm hard up for something.
