Though maybe i am biased due to Dreamcatcher and all the other times movie makers have changed and ruined Stephen King tales with thier own tweaks and additions to leave thier own mark on the story. Sometime a change is needed due to medium or due to not offend audiences, but something tells me audiences could have accepted a powerful psychic in a <em>stephen king</em> movie* without making him an [spoiler]alien[/spoiler] as in the movie version of Dreamcatcher.</p></blockquote><p></p>
