Not really. They were back to being a family - it's just that the "family" was all in on the secret, with mom and dad working together. At least that was the impression I got. He didn't quit the spy game, they didn't split up, they argued it out, he saves her life (and the world incidentally), and the next scene they're at the breakfast table (as I recall.) It's movies that feel like a "reset button" has been hit that I feel uncomfortable with.
