AFAIK one was done for Alternity in Dragon magazine but not for the d20 system.I agree 100% that a second edition needs to be done to make T20 compatible for the D20 Future OGL rules and fix some bugs like the computer rules. But QLI has been lucky to get 2320 out, its just the one guy Hunter Gordon. Then there's the other issue as far as D20 Future is concerned a lot of people aren't impressed with the ship building rules or the ship combat rules for D20 Future. But I think the damage system for Star Wars or the modified T20 version needs to used.Over on the Citizens of the Imperium boards Thomas Low Jones started some threads about converted T20 to D20 Modern but got bogged down. I'd love to see the Game Mechanics get into the mix. I've been impressed on their products and they seem to have a good hand on the now old Star wars rules and D20 Modern.I'm looking forward to the Solomani Ship .pdf that's coming out.
