Well, if you guys had a good time, I'd be happy to run it. We could port the existing characters over to T20, but I'd rather house rule some of the weirdness in T4. Frankly, I think any game that closely follows D20 just feels like D&D. Some suggested house rules: Difficulties I think the 4d6 difficulty for impossible was extremely low. Considering that a 25 would probably be just about the maximum score. (A 15 Stat and a 10 Skill) on an average roll that character could still beat a 7d6! A 4d6 would be hardly impossible, it would be common place. So, I would suggest 2d6 - Average -- Brawling or Melee combat range (0-3m) 3d6 - Difficult -- Very Short Range attack (4-15 m) 4d6 - Very Difficult -- Short Range attack (16-45m) 5d6 - Challenging -- Medium Range attack (46-150m) 6d6 - Formidable -- Long Range attack (151-450m) 7d6 - Staggering -- Very Long Range attack (451-1500m) 8d6 - Impossible -- Extremely Long Range attack (1501+ meters) Skills I think 10 would be a nice number to max out Skills at. Currently there are no Skill maximums that I can find. Initiative Currently, Dex plays no part in initiative. I think it should be Dex+Highest Leadership in party. Plus, I really wasn't happy with the separate move and attack format. It just felt clunky and very old-school wargame like. I'd probably suggest you have two actions in each combat round. you can choose to take a move and an action, an action and a move, an action and an action or a move and a move. Thoughts anyone? I'm going to look around on the Net. Surely, someone besides us has had similar problems.
