Treasures of the Underdark - 40 Magic Items

Dungeon Rollers

First Post
Hi Guys,
We are really excited to announce the release of a new product from Dungeon Rollers. Following the previous success of our module The Perilous Pact, we are now releasing a magic item compendium.
Treasures of the Underdark contains 40 unique magical items inspired by the spiteful races, locations, and creatures that make this unique domain what it is. These items are designed to fit seemlessly into any campaign, whether you are running the Out of the Abyss module, your own adventure in the Underdark, or need to bring a touch of darkness to the wider world.
The blood splattered pages detail a multitude of items, from common potions made from the blood of the vampiric Ixitxachitl, to The Word of Graz’zt, a sentient weapon used as tool by the Dark Prince himself. There is something for all levels of campaign, from your first steps in the world to those looking to face off against the very Gods themselves.

You will find:

  • 40 Unique Underdark themed magic items
  • 7 Random item tables allowing easier distribution
  • 3 Underdark magic item property tables, allowing you to create your own nefarious items on the fly.

You can download Treasures of the Underdark here This product also includes a print friendly version, along with an arachnophobia friendly version, with all of the art involving Lolth’s eight legged followers hidden from view

Here are a couple of images from the compendium:

Ooh, I like the idea of magic item property tables for making magic items on the spot. That's a pretty smart idea.

Congrats on getting this book out the door. It always feels good when the job is done and the book is published (read: uploaded).

I saw this post the other day and immediately bought it for my Vault of the Drow game. Its exactly what I was looking for - cool new magic items suited for an Underdark campaign. The items are fairly creative and fun (fungal rations is one of my favourites), although there are a few spell-in-a-can culprits (eyes of the beholder). The tables included are very useful. The common magical properties tables that are Underdark race-specific is pure genius and I plan to use it extensively in my campaign. All in all, a great buy. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
