Quick and simple.</p><p></p><p>I posted a chart on the outside of my DM Screen that I made with all the different speed factors on it so each player knows the modifier before hand. Also, until we get a good handle on things, I have told my players up front that the monsters will be using a static initiative for now. I just give them a roll of '10' each round with their modifiers adjusting. As it becomes more and more second nature I will start actually rolling for them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
