Well here we go. I don’t have it with me. I have not played him in some time so its off the top of my head. The Prerequisites are really up to you or your DM as they see fit. But this is what I have. HD: d4 Skill Points: 2 + Int Skills: Same as Wizard Alignment: any Non-Good Ability to cast Animate Dead Knowledge (Undead) at 8 Ranks Lvl____BAB___Fort___Refx___Will_______Special 1______+0____+0____+0_____+2_______Rebuke/Command Undead, +1 Caster lvl 2______+1____+0____+0_____+3_______+4 vs Disease, +1 Caster lvl 3______+1____+1____+1_____+3_______Spontaneous Command Undead, +1 Caster lvl 4______+2____+1____+1_____+4_______ +1 Caster lvl 5______+2____+1____+1_____+4_______Desecrated Aura*, +1 Caster lvl 6______+3____+2____+2_____+5_______+1 Caster lvl 7______+3____+2____+2_____+5_______ Lesser Undead Legion*, +1 Caster lvl 8______+4____+2____+2_____+6_______+1 Caster lvl 9______+4____+3____+3_____+6_______Greater Undead Legion*, +1 Caster lvl 10_____+5____+3____+3_____+7_______Undead Mastery, +1 Caster lvl Rebuke/Command Undead: A Necromancer gains the ability to Rebuke/Command Undead as an Evil Cleric of his lvl. Number of times per day is 3+ Cha modifier. Resist Disease: At 2nd lvl a Necromancer gains a +4 bonus to saves vs Disease. Spontaneous Command Undead: At 3rd lvl a Necromancer can spontaneously cast Command Undead the same way a Cleric casts Cure spells. Desecrated Aura: At 5th lvl a Necromancer gains an Aura that gives Undead under his control as if they were under the affects of spell Desecrate (+1 to hit, +1 Damage +1 saves and +1 HP per HD) plus any tuning attempt against the Necromancer’s Controlled Undead gain a –3 profane penalty. Lesser Undead Legion: At 7th lvl a Necromancer can Control a number of Undead equal to twice his Necromancer lvl in HD instead of the normal 1x lvl. Greater Undead Legion: At 9th lvl a Necromancer can Control a number of Undead equal to three times his Necromancer lvl in HD instead of the normal 1x lvl. Undead Mastery: At 10th lvl a Necromancer can focus his Rebuke/Command Undead power on any one Undead with in 60’ and if the result would be a turn treat it as a Command. This uses up a Turning attempt and he still must do enough Turning Damage to control the Undead.
