It can generate a number of these runners equal to its level. It can see and hear through each one as if it were present. The runners can extend up to 30 feet from the body, and can manipulate objects no larger than 1 pound in weight.</p><p><em>Vulnerabilities:</em> Living filmstrips are vulnerable to fire, taking half again as much damage from fire attacks (+50%). A living filmstrip that comes into contact with a magnetic field must succeed on a Fortitude save or take damage as if affected by the Harm power. The Difficulty of the Fortitude save depends on the strength of the magnetic field, as determined by the Narrator.
