Very few people fall into this category, including a number of criminals. As to chaos...qualifying as chaotic means you have rejected the typical social norms. You refuse to hold a job of any kind, contribute to society or act within the guidelines of your community. The ultimate in selfishness, with a complete disregard for the ramifications.
