I could have sworn I read this somewhere...
1) When you are on "Difficult Terrain", your movement is halfed (basically for every one square you want to move, you have to count it as two).
2) Being in darkness is considered "difficult terrain". Is this true? Does it matter if it is total darkness or partial darkness (like from the darkness spell, which creates "shadowly illumination")?
3) I thought I read somewhere that when you are on "difficult terrain", you can't take a 5-foot step. You have to use move actions to move, and the movement counts as two squares (see #1 above). Is this true? If so, where is the rule found, I can't seem to find it in the PHB.
