Looks like Dinehart owned an incorporated company called Wonderfilled, Inc. in Florida.Which was dissolved.And re-incorporated in Wisconsin in 2019....and is about to default because they haven't filed any of the mandatory annual financial filings with the Secretary of State in two years.So update to my pure speculation that is complete speculation that I have no evidence is true because it's speculation: Wizards of the Coast and/or Hasbro sent a very detailed C&D explaining to TSR3 exactly how screwed they are if they don't follow the C&D, so LaNasa and Dinehart did a mad rush to figure out how to rebrand faster than paperwork could be filed. So they've dug up the Wonderfilled, Inc. corporation with plans of resurrecting it. Which again makes me think they haven't talked to a lawyer because...well, frankly now I'm curious what the penalties are for not filing annual reports and whether any of the assets can be claimed by the state if they don't meet those penalties (like the license to Giantlands).Oh, and an update to my previous post: They do have the legal right to use "Inc" in this case because it is an actual incorporated entity and not the LLC they were operating TSR Games as prior.</blockquote>
