Here's the July 4th 2025 Friday Freebie map. This week's map is Upper Level 1. Last week's map was the ground level. Next week's map will be Upper Level 2. Note that the upper levels extend outwards over the outer columns/pillars of Ground Level. Click to enlarge.







Map Details:
  • Grid Size: 36x46 10' Squares or 72x96 5' Squares (72 dpi); VTT Size: 1261x1611
  • This week's map is Upper Level 1. Last week's map was the ground level. Next week's map will be Upper Level 2. Note that the upper levels extend outwards over the outer columns/pillars of Ground Level.
  • The double white lines on the outer walls represent windows.
  • Areas 1, 8 b), 17, and 26 have stairs leading down.
  • Areas 2 a) and 25 have tapestries.
  • Areas 2 b) and 29 a) have stairs leading up.
  • Areas 2 a), 9, 11, 12, 24 b), and 25 have statues.
  • Areas 2 a), 4, 11, 12, 22a), 24 a), 25, 28, 33, and 43 have columns/pillars.
  • Areas 11 and 12 have daises.
  • Area 24 a) has a balcony overlooking the Ground Level. The shaded area shows the Ground Level.
  • Areas 33 and 43 have pentagrams.
  • Area 45 a) has a thaumaturgic circle.

  • Area 1 has stairs leading up.

  • Area 7 has a tapestry.
  • Areas 7 b) and 10 have false doors.
  • Areas 7 b), 9, 15, and 21 have statues.
  • Area 17 has a boulder blocking the northern tunnel to area 18.
  • Area 18 has a throne on a dais.
  • Area 21 has an open pit.
  • Area 21 has an altar on a dais.
  • Area 27 has a downward slope arrow. This passage leads up.

If I ever knew the B1 dungeon was called Quasqueton, I had certainly forgotten the fact.

I really like room 21, and I like there being 2 sets of stairs leading down to room 1. I would definitely put some sort of guard at the entrance to room 18 - they went to all the trouble of rolling a boulder to the other entrance.

Question on room 27, is that a passage that goes down from room 27? Or comes down to room 27?
