Turning - Cleric Paladin

Inconsequenti-AL

Breaks Games
A player in our group is a Cleric 1:Paladin X. Charisma 22. Extra turning feat.

Does anyone know how many turn attempts does he get in total and what level are they at?

Is it
3 +6 charisma +3 extra turning - for Cleric at 1st level cleric
and
3 +6 charisma +3 extra turning - for Paladin at Paladin levels -3 cleric?

The character is a Divine Might/Vigor turning feat specialist and this does give him twice the uses. A bit too much?

Do they stack in some way instead?

Has this been clarified anywhere.

Under 3.5:

Yes cleric levels and paladin levels stack. A cleric/paladin doesn't get more turning attempts than either one seperately. So:

turn attempts = 3 + 6 (22 charisma) + 4 (extra turning) = 13

if the paladin is 4th level or above:
turning level = cleric level + paladin level - 3

if the paladin is 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level:
turning level = cleric level
