Well that didn't turn out to be too bad for Mr Bartowski. The episode with him against Brandon Routh was supposed to be the season closer, but the network ordered six more episodes.

Still, I always felt the strongest eps featured a lot of Buy More, and the constant on-off thing with Sarah was annoying.

So now that's resolved what's next for Chuck? Fallout with Morgan? Mr Wonderful? Hmm..

Agreed. While I'm sure that Chuck and Sarah have plenty of angst moving forward -- Moonlighting was strong evidence that you can't let the tension out and expect to keep writing similar episodes and have people watch -- some shift in what's focused on would be great.

The only frustrating thing about this recent set of episodes is that you know that the Buy More is going to continue to be involved, and that Sarah and Casey will continue to be involved, to the whole Rome thing (and the DC thing) was never going to happen. All of that lacked tension, imo.
