Few tears were shed when she left.Regarding the Nick/Sarah issue, I'm disappointed. While I agree that they're less vital than Gil, Catherine, or Warrick, it's only by very small degrees. The investigation angle may be the focus of the show, but it's the characters who drive it, and the show will be much poorer for their absence.I think it's a blow the show can survive, if they get interesting replacement characters, but I'd prefer it not have to. (OTOH, if the show ever lost Grissom, that's it. Pack it up, pass the torch to CSI: Miama and CSI: New York, and go home.)Incidentally, I wonder if the network saw this coming. They've been moving Greg into more of a spotlight position for a year now, and they ended the season with a story that could easily explain Sarah's disappearance. I wonder if they expected to have holes to fill?</blockquote>
