Two new bard spells for discussion.

I have two bardic spells I have proposed for my campaign. I'm curious as to whether anyone thinks them balanced and appropriate to the class.

Prestissimo
Transmutation
Level: Brd 6
Components: V, S, M, F
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft. /2 levels)
Targets: One creature/3 levels, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart
Duration: 1 round/3 levels
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)
The caster sings a short song that magically quickens the movements of the target creatures. The transmuted creatures move and act more quickly than normal. This extra speed has several effects.
When making a full attack action, an affected creature may make one extra attack with any weapon he is holding. The attack is made using the creature’s full base attack bonus, plus any modifiers appropriate to the situation. (This effect is not cumulative with similar effects, such as that provided by a weapon of speed or the haste spell). This spell allows an extra action that can be used for anything, including the casting of a second spell in the same round, as long as neither spell requires a full round action.
An affected creature gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. Any condition that makes the creature lose his Dexterity bonus to Armor Class (if any) also makes him lose dodge bonuses.
All of the affected creature’s modes of movement (including land movement, burrow, climb, fly, and swim) increase by 30 feet, to a maximum of twice the subject’s normal speed using that form of movement. This increase counts as an enhancement bonus, and it affects the creature’s jumping distance as normal for increased speed.
Multiple prestissimo effects don’t stack (including haste). Prestissimo dispels and counters lente.
Material Component: A shaving of licorice root.
Focus Component: A masterwork musical instrument in which the caster is proficient.

Lente
Transmutation
Level: Brd 6
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Targets: One creature/3 levels, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart
Duration: 1 round/3 levels
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
The caster sings a short song that magically slows the target creatures. An affected creature moves and attacks at a drastically slowed rate. A slowed creature can take only a single move action or standard action each turn, but not both (nor may it take full-round actions). Additionally, it takes a –3 penalty on attack rolls, AC, and Reflex saves. A slowed creature moves at half its normal speed (round down to the next 5-foot increment), which affects the creature’s jumping distance as normal for decreased speed. The creature is unable to run or charge.
Multiple lente effects don’t stack (including slow). Lente counters and dispels prestissimo.
Material Component: A drop of molasses.
Focus Component: A masterwork musical instrument in which the caster is proficient.

Seems like you're basically trying to recreate haste 3.0?

I'd say prestissimo is too good; I have a similar spell that allows a character to get two full rounds worth of action in for 1d4 rounds. That's for wiz/sorcs, 6th level... anything more is too good. And I think that's too good for a bard.
