Two new spells...

Knightfall

World of Kulan DM
created by one of my players. I'd like some opinions on these two spells an whether or not they should be higher in level, or if they are good they way they are.

Hezekiah's Comprehension
Divination
Level: Wiz 2
Components: V,S
Casting Time: 10 minutes
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 8 hours

Hezekiah's comprehension allows a wizard to reduce the amount of time neccasary to comprehend and copy a spell from another wizard's spellbook from two days to one.

A Spellcraft check must still be made to comprehend the new spell or the spell fails and the caster cannot attempt to learn or copy the spell again until he gains another rank in Spellcraft.

Loose Leaf
Transmutation [Law]
Level: Wiz 0
Components: V,S,M
Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: Touch
Target: One spellbook
Duration: Permanant
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: None

The casting of a loose leaf spell allows a wizard to move spells from one place to another within his spellbook. It cannot move spells from one book to another, but otherwise can be used on any spellbook the caster has deciphered and understands including Boccob's Blessed Book.

The spell requires as its material component one blank sheet of parchment for each page to be transferred, to a maximum of 10 per casting. It does not add pages to a spellbook or change page numbers.

Material Component: One piece of parchment for each page moved.

Both of these sound perfectly acceptable to me, at the levels they're at. Neither seems like it would significantly impact gameplay. The first would increase the amount that could be accomplished during downtime, but not the price or difficulty of doing it. And the second would merely satisfy an obsessive/compulsive wizard's desire to keep things perfectly orderly and organized.

Neat spells but why does the second one have the law descriptor on a wiz spell?
I think the player has the idea that only a wizard who has an ordered mind should use that spell. Personally, I don't think the Law descriptor is needed, but it doesn't really impact the spell unless the caster is a multiclassed cleric/wizard. (The character is lawful neutral.)

even if he muliticlasses the limit is only on spells he cast as a cleric and has no effect on his wizard spells.

P.S. they both have no real impact on the game and so i see no reason not to allow them

forgot got to mention that it normally only takes one day to copy a spell so you might change the to 4 or 1 hours to copy a spell
