set of 12 LOTR: TTT promotional buttons I obtained today either...
You should see them appearing on retail clerks this week, as any store that ordered a prepack of the
Two Towers DVDs will get them with their shipment. I really had to scramble last year to get ahold of a complete FOTR set, but I finally managed it. The secret is to find a quickie-mart chain that will be selling the DVDs off of the prepack display in their locations. I had great success @ the Oasis Market gas stations for using Bluff, Diplomacy, and outright bribery to fast-talk the often dimwitted night clerks into giving them up. Many of the buttons were just left out on the counter, and all you had to do was ask for one. Come back on the next shift and ask a different clerk for another. Find a real slacker on duty, ("Dude, I don't care. Was that a good movie?") and you can complete your set in one fell swoop.
