He happened upon a wizard and priest of Bahamut, who saw his unique heritage and natural magical power, and out of a combination of curiosity and compassion, took him in as his pupil and adopted child.Jack has very little recollection of his mother and his past few years before his new life began, and even is unaware of how old he is, an issue that is only exacerbated by his seemingly unchanging height of 5 feet 4 inches, and rather soft, childish voice and face.After almost 6 years of training in harnessing his magical prowess, and honing his dexterity, and expert skills with both dart and dagger, he has set off on a quest, to achieve good and protect the world, to find his mother, to learn of his father (and punish him if deemed necessary) and even to help assuage the general public's dislike of tieflings.Jack is a rather odd fellow, as he seems to have a severe case of ADHD, and possibly a tas of autism, either from random chance, or the unique mix of heritage he has confuddling his brain.
